Chef Jose has worked side by side with many of the best chefs in West Palm Beach, including Buccan, Pistache, and Avocado Grill. Through these experiences, he developed a strong foundation to create dishes that feel fresh, vibrant, and memorable while giving guests a dining experience that is both welcoming and exciting.

His passion for cooking began at a young age, inspired by his mom in the kitchen, where he learned that food is more than just a meal, it's a way to bring people together. Influenced by his Latin roots, Chef Jose blends tradition with a modern touch, creating dishes that are both vibrant and memorable.
